1. Register for the DEEPERSTILL event at…

        www.lifeway.com/women or call 1-800-254-2022

         Select Dec. 3-4, Birmingham, AL at Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex

         Event cost is $69 per person through June 16; $79 per person after June 16

        

2. Reserve your hotel room as follows:

        Call the Comfort Suites 1-205-259-2160

        Ask for a room within the Hillwood Baptist Church block (we have ten rooms blocked)

        Reserve for Friday, December 3, 2010

        Provide the requested information including your credit card number

 

           Block of double rooms (sleeps 1-4) cost is

                $105.28 (tax included) per room, block held until NOVEMBER 18.

                 Complimentary breakfast bar included.

                 Check In: 3:00 p.m.   Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

 

3. Please call the church office to let us know you are going and if you would

         like transportation to the hotel. 

 

 

Additional Information:

 

We are taking the church van to the hotel and the hotel shuttle

to and from the Convention Center.

 

Meals ARE NOT included. A box lunch on Saturday is also available

 at the time of registration for an additional $10.00. The box lunch includes

a turkey sandwich, chips, fruit, a cookie, and water. There are no refunds for box lunches.
